Rectolight prefabricated – modern floor system

Rectolight is an advanced dense-rib floor system that combines the advantages of prefabrication with the ease of on-site installation. Prefabricated floor beams produced under industrial conditions guarantee the highest quality and repeatability of parameters. The system allows the realization of ceilings of various spans without the need for full formwork.

The production of Rectolight floor beams is based on the use of concrete class C50/60 with a compressive strength of 60 MPa. The Y1860S7 steel strut prestressing technology provides a characteristic load capacity of 5-10 kN/m² with a structural thickness of only 20-26 cm. Expanded clay blocks with a strength class of 15 MPa reduce the dead weight of the ceiling by 35%.

Rectolight system components

Rectolight ceiling system price per m2 includes prefabricated beams of T-section with protruding top reinforcement. Proper installation of the Rectolight system requires adherence to the technological sequence and ensuring proper support during concrete setting. The process, carried out in stages by a qualified team, guarantees full strength parameters. The system does not require full formwork, which significantly speeds up the execution of the floor.

Preparation of supports and backrests

Before installing the Rectolight ceiling, the leveling of the rims or bearing walls is checked. Tolerance of ±10 mm along the length of the room. Minimum support width of 80 mm on masonry, 100 mm on concrete. Reinforced concrete beam reinforced with a minimum of 4φ12 to transfer support reactions.
